Description of sweet potato starch making machinery :
The equipment takes vacuum negative pressure as the core power to realize starch slurry dewatering, and is equipped with a variable frequency speed control system to control the rotating speed of the drum. When processing high-concentration/high-viscosity starch slurry, the drum speed is reduced to extend the adsorption and dewatering time of the filter cake on the drum and improve the dewatering dryness. When processing low-concentration/low-viscosity starch slurry, the drum speed is increased to improve the efficiency of filter cake formation and scraping. Through the precise matching of speed and starch slurry working conditions, the optimized adjustment of the dewatering process is realized.
