Automatic Cassava Rotary Peeler - Equipment for Potato and Root Crop Cleaning and Skin Removal
Material is fed into the rotating drum via a hoist and undergoes tumbling inside. The drum wall is fitted with a series of triangular angle irons, which are continuously wetted with water. As the material tumbles, it repeatedly collides with the angle irons, dislodging surface mud and impurities effectively. The separated mud and sand settle into the sludge collection tank below, then are discharged through two dedicated sludge outlets. After undergoing two-stage cleaning, the processed material flows out automatically at the discharge end, completing the purification cycle.
