Description of sweet potato starch making machinery :
Vacuum dehydration enables high dewatering efficiency and easy subsequent drying. Refined starch slurry has high water content, making direct drying unfeasible—dehydration is therefore necessary. The dehydration equipment series adopts an exclusive proprietary method, with the outer drum’s roundness rate reaching 99.95%. It uses vacuum suction filtration to effectively enhance starch clarity; post-dehydration, the starch is easy to dry, ensuring finished starch quality.
Working principle:
Adopting the vacuum pump adsorption principle, this equipment dehydrates sweet potato, potato, corn, and various soybean starch pulps to produce low-moisture solid starch—facilitating secondary storage, transportation, and drying. It features high working efficiency and simple operation.
