High Efficiency Desander for Cassava Potato Starch Slurry Sand Impurity Removal and Pretreatment
This centrifugal starch desander is specially designed for tuber starch processing, mainly used for sand-mud separation and purification of crushed starch slurry. Widely used in cassava, potato and sweet potato starch production lines, it can efficiently remove heavy impurities such as sediment and stones in the slurry to protect downstream core equipment such as cyclone separators. Adopting hydrocyclone structure without moving parts, there is no mechanical wear during operation and longer service life. Material contact parts are made of SS304 stainless steel or nylon, meeting food processing hygiene requirements with excellent wear resistance.
