1.Work principle:
This desanding equipment employs the centrifugal separation principle to effectively remove sand and impurities from raw materials. Featuring a water inlet pipe mounted at the eccentric position of the cylinder, the working process unfolds as follows: when water and material mixture enters the inlet pipe via the cyclone sand inlet, it first forms a downward swirling flow along the tangential direction of the cylinder wall and spirals downward. Upon reaching a specific section of the conical part, the water flow reverses direction to rotate upward along the cylinder’s central axis, and the purified water is ultimately discharged through the top outlet pipe. During this process, sand and other heavy impurities are subjected to the combined action of inertial centrifugal force and gravity, causing them to adhere to the cone wall and slide down into the conical slag bucket at the bottom. The cone bucket is fitted with anti-backflow components that prevent accumulated impurities from being carried upward by the water current. When the impurities in the slag bucket reach a preset level, operators only need to open the manual discharge valve—enabling the impurities to be flushed out smoothly by the residual water flow.
